The U.S. Treasury has denied Rep. Richard Neal's (D-MA) request for six years of Donald Trump's tax returns in what will likely become a huge political fight. Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin claims he needs more time to review Rep. Neal's request, under an obscure law from the 1920s, to turn over Trump's tax returns to the House Ways and Means Committee, which Neal chairs.
