The Pentagon’s Revolving Door With Weapons Makers Under Trump

Outgoing Defense Secretary James Mattis was replaced at the beginning of this year by his Deputy Defense Secretary, Patrick Shanahan. Shanahan, until as recently as 2017, was a high-level executive at Boeing corporation - one of the leading weapons manufacturers in the US. In fact he worked at Boeing for 30 years.

GUEST: Mandy Smithberger director of the Straus Military Reform Project at the Project On Government Oversight (POGO).
