The state of Missouri argued before the US Supreme Court today that it shouldn’t have to get a warrant in order to take a blood sample from someone suspected of driving drunk. But some states and civil liberties groups disagree, saying a possible DUI conviction shouldn’t allow a violation of privacy rights.
