Russian forces have attacked Ukraine’s second-largest city Kharkiv, destroying government buildings, an opera house, and a concert hall. Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky denounced the attack saying, “A missile targeting the central square of a city is open, undisguised terrorism.” Meanwhile, a 40-mile Russian convoy has been heading toward the Ukrainian capital Kyiv.
