Judge Blocks Day Labor Provision of AZ Immigration Law

The ban was one of the few provisions of the law that went into effect after several key provisions of the law were blocked by Bolton in 2010. In April, the U.S. Supreme Court will hear Gov. Jan Brewer’s appeal of Bolton's decision to block key provisions of the law.
