Three legal experts discuss voting rights and equality, and many of the hot button issues in the news now including the “extreme gerrymandering” cases now before the U.S. Supreme Court; the Pennsylvania gerrymandering case that led the state Supreme Court to throw out the partisan districts drawn up by Republican state legislature; and voter ID laws such as the one now being tested in Kansas.
