Death Toll Rises After Yemen Bombing

A man with explosives strapped under his army uniform killed more than 90 people in the Yemeni capital Monday when he blew himself up in the midst of a military parade rehearsal, the defense ministry said.

The ministry also said 222 people were wounded in the attack.
