Free Speech TV Super Tuesday Coverage
Denver, CO, March 2, 2020 — Free Speech TV (FSTV) will provide six hours of live coverage of Super Tuesday’s primary results. Real-time results and analysis through a progressive lens will begin on March 3, 2020, beginning at 7 pm ET and run through 1 am ET Wed morning. The special coverage will air on Free Speech TV (DISH 9415, DIRECTV 348), and stream on Roku, Apple TV, Sling TV and at freespeech.org, beginning with Democracy Now! Live at 7 pm, and continuing with Rising Up with Sonali’s Live Special at 10 pm ET.
“It is absolutely ridiculous to watch the bias and spin of MSNBC and CNN against Sanders & Warren and the progressive wing of the Democratic Party,” said Ron Williams, Executive Director of Free Speech TV. “ Free Speech TV often says it is the alternative to national corporate networks. Our special Super Tuesday coverage of this pivotal election event is a great example of what un-compromised, fearless and independent reporting and analysis looks like.”
Democracy Now! Super Tuesday Special Live Broadcast
Amy Goodman, Juan Gonzalez, and Nermeen Shaikh will be joined by the Intercept’s Jeremy Scahill and others to host a rolling roundtable discussion with guests across the country, reporting real-time results and analysis as polls close in 14 states.
Rising Up with Sonali Super Tuesday Live Special
Presented by FSTV, KPFK Pacifica and RootsAction Education Fund. Sonali Kolhatkar will be joined by Norman Solomon, Arun Gupta, Mitch Jeserich and more to analyze elections results from a social justice perspective.
