LIVE Worldwide Premiere – The Eagle and The Condor

Free Speech TV is proud to be the exclusive home for the worldwide premiere of Kanien’kehaka (Mohawk) filmmaker Kahsto’sera’a Paulette Moore’s newest feature film, The Eagle and The Condor: From Standing Rock with Love. We invite you to join us as we mark Indigenous Peoples Day 2018 with a worldwide, interactive and virtually connected premiere.

This powerful film, about the healing power of ceremony in the wake of government violence against the earth and Water Protectors at Standing Rock, will premiere across FSTV’s broadcast and digital platforms on Monday, October 8 at 8:00 p.m. Eastern.

Beginning at 7:30 p.m. Eastern, Free Speech TV will host a LIVE virtual screening with Kahsto’sera’a Paulette Moore and key partners across the U.S. and Canada. At 7:30 p.m. ET, we will go live on Facebook to provide a brief introduction before watching the film together as it premieres. Shortly after the film concludes, we will gather again on Facebook Live to host an open-forum discussion and talk-back with the filmmaker, subjects of the film, and key leaders from institutions and communities across the country.

Take part in our Facebook Live virtual premiere! Get a reminder here

In addition to the virtual screening, numerous partner organizations and communities are hosting in-person screening events and discussions. They, too, will be joining us on Facebook Live for the virtual premiere. All screenings are free and open to the public.
