The stimulus is doing exactly what it was designed to do and that was to ruin the US economy. They say that it created jobs but it is not true. People say that it saved jobs but the jobs it saved were not in danger. A woman selling 9 pair of shoes does not constitute jobs. At least she got to eat for a month.
