Father Roy Bourgeois, Founder of the School of the Americas Watch, tells of his background and the history of SOA Watch. He describes the annual vigil at the gates of Ft. Benning and the progress of their Latin American Initiative which ask the leaders of their countries to withdraw their soldiers from the SOA.
